Practice details

Set the identity, web presence, messaging defaults and goals carried by every message.

By the end of this page your practice's name, logo, web presence and messaging defaults will be set — the details SmileLine stamps on the messages it sends for you.

Open Settings → Practice details. The page has four cards; each has its own Save button.

Only owners and admins can edit these settings. Address, phone and opening hours are per-site and live under Locations & operatories.

Identity

The name and logo carried by emails to your leads:

  • Upload logo — JPEG, PNG, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB. Remove clears it.
  • Practice name — shown as the sender identity across outgoing messages.

Web presence

Included in the automated messages sent to your leads:

  • Website — your practice site's full URL.
  • Social profiles — add up to ten links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Google).

Messaging defaults

Applied to automated emails and texts:

  • Email signature — appended to outgoing emails (up to 2,000 characters).
  • SMS sender name — what carriers display as the sender of text messages; maximum 11 letters, digits or spaces.
  • Brand colour — a hex value like #4F46E5, used to brand outgoing emails. Pick with the swatch or type the code.
  • Contact consent (GDPR) — how automated messaging treats consent:
    • Legitimate interest — leads who enquire can be messaged right away (consent is implied by the enquiry).
    • Explicit consent — automated messages are held until the lead has given explicit consent.

Switching to Explicit consent holds automated messages for every lead without a recorded consent — pick the mode that matches your privacy policy before enabling automations.

Goals

  • Monthly revenue target (€) — the goal the dashboard's revenue meter measures against. Leave empty to remove the target.
