Monitor AI visibility
Sample whether supported AI search products mention or cite your practice and inspect retained evidence excerpts.
Open SEO → AI visibility, then choose the location you want to inspect.
Run a sample
Click Run sample to queue a provider-backed sample for the selected location. The control stays unavailable when AI visibility monitoring is disabled, the add-on is read-only or your role cannot manage SEO.
The headline cards use the latest run that applies to the selected location. Presence, citations and Latest-run samples are calculated only from that location's retained results in that run. A queued or running status means the result is not complete yet.
Asynchronous provider samples keep their two-hour checking cadence for at most 72 hours. A sample that still has no final result is marked failed instead of being checked indefinitely; run a new sample if you still need fresh evidence.
Compare platforms
Platform presence groups the selected location's latest-run results for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Each card shows how many sampled prompts mentioned the practice and how many returned a retained citation. Changing location replaces these counts instead of combining branches or older runs.
Inspect evidence
Recent answer excerpts shows location-scoped history, including the prompt, delivery mode, observation date and a bounded answer excerpt. Open a retained citation to inspect the source in a new tab.
Follow the recommended next step
When the selected location's latest run misses a mention, Recommended next steps links to Content Studio to cover unanswered treatment questions. Missing citations in that same run link to Website SEO for technical and structured-data guidance. Older gaps do not remain on the cards after a newer run closes them.
AI visibility samples are directional. Provider models, live browsing and consumer sessions can return different answers, and a sample is not a promise of placement.
