Create reviewed SEO content
Generate a research brief, write in the TipTap editor, request clinical review and export an approved revision.
Open SEO → Content Studio, then choose the location the content should support.
Generate a brief
- Choose a suggested gap from the tracked keyword set, or enter a local Target phrase manually.
- Click Generate brief.
- Wait for the brief to reach completed.
A completed brief retains its target terms, suggested headings, questions and word-count range. Select a brief card to expand its proposed outline and questions before choosing it for a document. The cards expose their selected state to keyboard and assistive-technology users. Failed research keeps its error beside the brief. Once a brief is linked to a suggested keyword, that keyword leaves the gap list.
Start a document
Choose a completed brief, enter a Working title, then click Create document. SmileLine opens a versioned TipTap document linked to that brief and location.
Use the toolbar for emphasis, headings, lists, HTTP or HTTPS links and JPEG or PNG images. The image button uploads the file to private storage, attaches it to this document and inserts it at the cursor. The editor autosaves with version checks. Saved confirms the latest local draft reached the server; Newer version detected means you must click Reload before continuing.
Use the score and term targets
The sidebar shows the brief's suggested headings and questions beside the live word count and score, using the same versioned scorer as immutable revisions. Term targets count each suggested phrase in the current editor. Matching terms are highlighted inline without changing the saved document. Treat the outline and ranges as guidance and write terms naturally.
Click Save revision when you want to cut an immutable snapshot from the current draft.
Generate an AI candidate
If your role can use AI drafting, add an optional instruction and click Generate candidate. Generation creates a separate candidate and never replaces the editor automatically.
When the candidate is complete, click Apply candidate to place it into the current version, then edit and review it normally.
Request and record clinical review
- Add a review note when useful.
- Choose the Clinical reviewer. New documents use the configured default active practitioner when one is set; otherwise the first active practitioner is initially offered.
- Click Request review.
- Ask the selected clinician to inspect the immutable revision.
- The permitted reviewer clicks Approve revision.
Approval pins the revision and reviewer details; later edits create a new version that must be reviewed again.
Export or email approved content
Choose HTML or Markdown, then click Export approved revision. Both formats render the pinned approved revision. Markdown exports preserve an ordered list's starting number and the hierarchy of nested bullet and numbered lists.
To send the same pinned revision to a developer, click Send to webmaster, choose a saved contact or enter the email address, then click Queue email.
The first time you use an address, SmileLine emails the developer to confirm it and the revision is not sent yet. Once they confirm, queue it again and it goes out immediately. Confirmation attempts have a one-hour cooling-off period and a lifetime limit of three per contact. A failed or ambiguous confirmation-provider request still consumes an attempt.
Each confirmation link is usable for seven days. After the cooldown, a new request replaces it with a fresh seven-day link only if one of the contact's three lifetime attempts remains.
Contacts are shared with Website SEO briefs, so an address confirmed there works here too. The selector shows the permanent 50-contact capacity and a generic state for confirmed, pending, exhausted or blocked contacts. Authorised users can add and remove a manual block; a provider-reported block cannot be removed.
SmileLine retries a queued webmaster email for up to 24 hours. A delivery that still cannot be handed off is shown as failed with a user-facing reason instead of an internal error token; submit a new delivery after correcting the recipient or provider issue.
SmileLine does not publish Content Studio documents directly to your website.
