Monitor directory listings

Compare practice contact details across directories, confirm a listing and follow a guided fix link.

Open SEO → Listings, then choose a location.

Check the directories

Click Check listings. SmileLine queues a check for each supported directory and retains whether the listing was found, blocked, unavailable or not found.

The headline cards use the latest retained result for every supported directory:

  • Found counts results with a found status;
  • Matching counts results with a 99% or higher name, address and phone match score; and
  • Needs attention counts results that were not found or have a retained match score below 99%.

Blocked and unavailable results remain visible, but do not count as needing attention unless they also have a retained score below 99%.

Directories marked Not applicable are excluded from the monitored total and from all three headline metrics.

Review contact-detail differences

Each directory card compares the retained name, address and phone details with the selected SmileLine location. Difference chips identify fields that need attention; NAP matches means no retained difference was found.

Use:

  • Open listing to inspect the detected directory page;
  • Fix guide to open the directory's guided correction route;
  • This is ours to confirm the detected URL for this location; or
  • Not applicable to exclude the directory for this location.

Click Restore to bring an excluded directory back into monitoring.

For Bing Places, use Fix guide to import the verified Google Business Profile and enable Bing's ongoing Google sync. SmileLine shows this as guided setup; it does not enable the external sync on your behalf.

SmileLine monitors these listings and guides corrections. It does not submit or overwrite directory profiles.
